How to get a market stall
Market stalls are a great low-cost way of trading in the heart of the town centre and in Newcastle our varied market offer means that there is a choice of day for everyone whether it’s new, hand-made, craft, antique or second hand. There is also space for temporary displays and promotional activity so whether you are looking to trade permanently, just for a short term pop-up activity or purely for a single day the market offers an opportunity for you. Prices on the general market start from just £20.00 on a Monday, Friday or Saturday and £11.00 on a Wednesday.
Local groups and local charities can use the market to promote their activity, showcase talent, attract new members and raise funds all at no cost for eligible activities. (We are sorry but no political activities can be hosted on the market).
The general market runs on four days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday offering a range of food, fashion, household and fancy goods alongside our hot food caterers.
The Antiques market is on Tuesday each week offering a range of antique, collectible and vintage items
The Flea market is on Thursday each week offering a range of bric-a-brac and second hand goods
The Farmers market hosts a range of local and regional food producers and periodic craft and handmade creatives alongside our general market on the third Friday of every month.
